Estudié física en la Universidad del Valle en Colombia y luego realicé mi maestría, también en física, en la National Tsing Hua University en Taiwán. He trabajado en física computacional y teórica en las áreas de reconstrucción de imágenes de rayos x, óptica cuántica y materia condensada. También he tomado diferentes cursos y seminarios de programación científica y computación de alto rendimiento. Me destaco en programación en Python y C++, en mecánica cuántica y estadística, al igual que en cálculo y álgebra lineal.

I studied physics in Universidad del Valle in Colombia and then I completed my Master of Science degree in the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. I have worked as a computational and theoretical physicist in the fields of quantum optics, condensed matter and image reconstruction from x-ray images. I have also taken several curses and seminaries in scientific programming and high performance computing. I am proficient in C++ and Python programming, quantum and statistical mechanics, as well as calculus and algebra.

Soy un apasionado de la enseñanza y tengo bases científicas. Me concentro en explicar los conceptos primero y luego entender los detalles con ejemplos. La ciencia es divertida y estoy acá para ayudarte a que la disfrutes y aprendas en el camino.

I am passionate about teaching and I have a scientific background. I focus on explaining the concepts first and then getting the small details by doing. Science is fun and I am here to help you enjoy it and learn along the way.
